We were greeted as we entered and I must say was very nice and polite, upbeat and friendly. I was running behind due to traffic but talking with her as I was checking in calmed me down and made me laugh. I felt grateful that I made it safely and they still saw me.
The location is easy to get to and the facility is very nice. They came and got me to go to the back to do the MRI. The 2 men that did my procedure were very nice and friendly. They explained everything to me and let me know what to expect. It went very well and quickly. I was satisfied with everything that happened and do recommend to family and friends who may need their services.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Today was the first day I went to this particular location. Other UCHealth urgent care locations have been fine, so I assumed this one would be as well and it was the most convenient location at the time. We waited an extremely long time. The nurse was nice and very helpful and competent. The doctor was really weird and she was not friendly at all. The facility was kind of gross and dirty.
We will definitely not return to this location ever.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I had a virtual urgent care apt and the NP wanted me to get a fluvid test. I scheduled an apt and came in and its been 45 minutes just for a swab test- STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED BACK.
Don't ever come here. People hacking in the lobby and they aren't requiring masks, insane that this is the kind of place that spreads respiratory illnesses.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Parking is a joke. There used to be reserved signs for UCHealth patients. They are gone. But everyone else has theirs. So all the other patrons park in front of the clinic leaving those sick or injured having to walk from the way back of the parking lot. Why are the signs gone? Disappointing that they were removed and never replaced.

Thank you urgent care for letting us sit for an hour and a 45 minutes after we scheduled our appointment. Telling us we were next in line and then having 5 others go before us even though we scheduled an appointment and were there before some of those walk-ins. I am very disappointed with your care and how you operate. I recommend not using this location. I also appreciate overhearing employees talk amongst themselves about how the system isn't properly putting patients in order. Absolute dumpster fire.

Justin, we're sorry you had this experience and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. We offer reserving your space in line for all visitors, however it is not an appointment. It is the estimated time that a visitor will be seen once their registration is complete. Registration is completed upon arrival to a clinic. People who have checked in after other visitors, but have critical conditions may be evaluated before other visitors. We apologize for any inconvenience and will share your feedback with our patient experience team.

Did not have to wait too long to get in and they spent some quality time with me and ran some tests to make sure that I didn't have something that was worse than we thought it could be.

I think the gist of it is that there is no benefit to yourself to make a reservation. Once you arrive at the clinic you are added to the same line as walk-in patients. If you feel urgently sick, just go in, do not make an appointment and wait for it just to wait again when you get to the clinic.

Just left this urgent care. The staff was professional, friendly and fast. They even gave me antibiotics at the end of my stay since it was too late to swing by my pharmacy. The office was clean. Overall a great experience! Especially for having two little kids with me. Very quick stay which I know might not always be the case. Dr. Logan was great! She explained the purpose for any testing done, explained to me why I have certain symptoms, and made sure any questions I had were answered. SO happy this is the facility I got to in time to be seen for this! Will go there again if I ever need it!

I went in to the urgent care to find out why my kidneys were causing me excruciating pain. He performed a series of tests and reported there was nothing wrong with me. He was friendly but unwilling to even make an attempt at trying anything outside of these blood and urine tests. He did nothing for me. "Fortunately", I was covered by my health insurance (Anthem/BCBS); which means they covered less than half of my bill. I would have paid the rest, but the UC"Health billing department didn't contact me to let me know; no voicemail, no email, no bill in the mail. Months later, I get a bill in the mail from a collection agency. So, I was not helped, I was not told I had a bill for not being helped, and now I have to deal with a collection agency. If you want someone to smile at you and tell you nothing is wrong with you as you suffer in pain and then send your bill straight to a collection agency, UCHealth is the place to go; friendly, incompetent, and thieving. The word perfidious comes to mind. Now, I get to wait for Susan B. to tell me that she's sorry they didn't meet my expectations and that I can contact billing or their patient advocates. For what? More smiles and incompetence? Just save yourself the hassle. Go look in the mirror, smile, tell yourself to ignore your pain, tell yourself that nothing is wrong, and save yourself the money and aggravation.
