Hi, so to say a little bit about me, I am a Texas native and just recently moved to Colorado for work. I was in dire need of some medical assistance due to an upper respiratory infection. The cold weather & the dryness all affected my upper respiratory system! I walked in this place on Veterans Day with no voice whatsoever, but granted I have been in much worse shape! I tried to explain to the physician that I am not from this state but back home, where the weather conditions are most definitely different, the infection I typically get in colder months are still typically the same! Let me just make this statement prior to continuing, "by no means do I try and tell a professional how to do their job because I know the feeling" but If there is one thing I do know, that is my body and how it reacts to certain conditions & the things that do and do not work, when it comes to treatment!. All I wanted was relief and they treated me like I was a dope head looking for a fix lol! I was baffled! I told the physician I typically get a steroid shot and some anabiotic's to fight the infection. He responded With well all you need is some prednisone and you'll be fine. At that very moment I knew I was dealing with absolute clowns that had no interest in listening to how your past medical history has been handled! , I tried to tell the guy but he had no wants whatsoever to listen to anything I had to say!! To follow up with all of this, I got sick and then more sick for five days while I followed this physician's guidelines And took only what he prescribed which was prednisone only to fix nothing as I became more Ill by the day!! Finally I contacted my doctor back home and was able to have a prescription sent to me that actually began to heal me and not possibly send me back to their place to pay another deductible just so they could hit me with lies once again! These physicians are seriously clowns! They are rude, they think they know it all, and if you think you're going to tell them something about your own body, you are seriously mistaken!!! Please feel free to message me if you are thinking about going here because these people are jokes and I Want them to know exactly what they are! I was so sick for one week following their instructions!

Flu shot time! They got my husband and daughter in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff; front desk and the MA's who did the flu shots are exceptional and helped my 8-year-old have a great experience with the "scary shot" that resulted in the "oh gosh, I didn't even feel that" plus happy dance. Love your clinic and your doctors. Thank you for working so hard to improve lives :)

I have never wrote a review before but i feel rather compelled to do so now. I have a very minor need for medical care in my life so i have never really needed health insurance even when its covered by work. Right now i dont have a job that covers it so i dont have it and because of how little i need medical care and how insanely expensive it is its still infinitely cheaper to pay out of pocket as the need arises. The last time i needed something was about a year and a half ago when i was struck with dibilitating stomach pain. Obviously i went to urgent care because something awfu was going on. The doctor that checked me out said it sounded like gastritis, Inflammation of the stomach lining, and prescribed me 90 pills for it which was about a 30 day supply and because he knew i didnt have insurance was kind enough to give me 3 refils for it just in case that would expire in a year, awesome guy, really kind. I took the 30 days worth and sometime during those meds my stomach got back to normal so i never used any of the refills. I wish i had used at least one of those refills after i was done because it came back a year and a half later for whatever reason and now i had to go back to urgent care.
This time around however the women who i needed to get a prescription from, whos name is E. Stillwell, decided that this problem is chronic despite the fact that ive only had one perscription ever in my life for this problem in a year and a half and despite the fact that i dont have health insurance decided that moving forward after today i needed to go see a GI specialist. Makes sense if you have health insurance but i dont and getting it just to deal with this once every year and half problem is extremly expensive. We are in a recession right now and based off her profession i imagine she is living in a very priviliged bubble but shits expensive now. Living is expensive. If i need to come into urgent care once every year and a half for a simple $20 prescription then id rather bite that bullet but she just put in my notes that they wont help me moving forward. I dont need this every day of my life. This issue by definition isnt chronic, its acute and if urgent care can save me thousands of dollars a year for a simple fix then you can see why im irritated. The first doctor was amazing and totally understood my situation. Mrs stillwell over here does understand my situation nor does she care. I have no insurance. Going to see a specialist without insurance is like cutting off your legs. Urgent care exists for a reason. On top of that she only gave me a 20 day supply instead of 30. I can really see how much she cares about peoples situations. Painful experience when it should be so simple.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

A bright and cheery facility. Bless my heart I can't remember the technician's name, but she had red hair. She was so nice to me. Very calming and reassuring. Everyone performs their job with such gusto here! Truly among the best, A+.

This place is a joke. Incompetent doctors and over charge. If you go I told you so.
Doctors don't even help you. Poor environment and attitudes.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cindy S.Aurora, CO052Aug 19, 2021
I tested positive for COVID on 8/10/21. I have been quarantining at home since my positive result. Due to my continued cough in my chest my doctor recommended that I be seen at the ER or an urgent care. I have been a UCH patient for over 10 years. I go to a UCH facility only, if available.
I went to this urgent care. I checked in at 2:00. Was told to wait in my car since I was a positive for COVID. I sat in my car until 3:00 and then called to check on the status. The girl, I believe her name was Marcie said I didn't have an appointment with them, yet I see it on my UCH health connection ap and also did my e-check in. She put me on hold, came back on and still said I don't have an appointment with them. I was furious. I've been sitting in my car coughing and wheezing for over an hour and no one knows I'm out sitting in my car? She puts me on hold again and then says, oh, I was looking in the wrong place. Where else would someone look that has an appointment? How irresponsible can a health care clinic be. She continues to tell me that the wait could be over 3 hours. No one at that clinic has a telephone to call and check in on a patient sitting out in their car with a cough and wheezing from COVID symptoms? Really? That is what our health care system has come to? At least after an hour, check on your patients, give them an update so they can make other choices if they, as the patient don't feel like they can wait that long to be seen. You are in the healthcare industry. I didn't come to get my oil changed. I came at the advise of my UCH doctor because my cough was not getting better. My doctor did not have any open slots, so advised urgent care or the ED. Did I ever make a wrong decision coming here. Absolutely irresponsible. Do what you're suppose be doing, caring for people that come to you when your health needs more than you can provide by yourself at home, care from a health care facility/clinic.
Don't waste your time going there. You will sit and rot in your car before anyone even takes a minute to check on you or allow you as the patient to receive care elsewhere if their overloaded with patients. It's called communication, this facility doesn't know what that is. Pathetic!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
