My experiences here have always been quick and easy, in and out. Parking is easy and reserved for patients. All needs met every time.

I have gone to UCHealth Urgent Care at Steele Street many times and usually get great care, but after my last visit I am traumatized and will never go back. TW: Miscarriage.
I went to urgent care as I was pregnant and bleeding. After waiting nearly an hour, I was finally seen by someone who told me I needed to go to the hospital. Did she examine me? No. Did she ask me any questions? No. I shared how I didn't actually receive care with the billing department when they charged me, but no one cared.
I left this encounter in tears. I was losing my baby and the doctor didn't show any empathy. Getting health for women is hard enough so if you're having any issues, I recommend finding another place to go.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I do not recommend going here - they will not be honest about their billing and your insurance questions.
I went to the Urgent Care and explained to the front desk staff that I was new to my insurance plan and wanted to make sure I was in network before being seen by a doctor. The staff checked my card and said I was covered by my plan.
When I was with the nurse, the nurse encouraged me to take a urine sample. I had previously told them there were no pregnancy concerns. The nurse asked if I would be okay taking a urine sample anyway, I reluctantly agreed even though I knew there would be no pregnancy results - I was under the impression they must be looking for something else as well. The PCP arrived and informed me I was not pregnant- which I already knew and had informed the nurse before the lab test.
When I checked my insurance website, the visit was listed as out of network and I was charged for the whole visit out of pocket, including the test I did not want to get in the first place. I felt intentionally lied to and a victim of a scam by the visit. I would not recommend coming here to be taken care of.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I've been here a few times now, for kids and adults. Have been so pleased. Tonight the PA Nikki went above and beyond to help my child get her antibiotics started before pharmacies closed on a Saturday night. It's easy to reach them. In tough times, they are doing a great job.

It's time to send my medication to Walgreens. I paid $80 OUT OF POCKET to be treated the same day. What gives?
I am a loyal client and can not fathom why I had to pay out of pocket when previously enrolled in a payment plan. I don't have the extra money to visit multiple times for an evaluation.

Our experience has been very notable for an urgent care clinic. Called ahead to verify insurance coverage and that call was handled very professionally.
Arrived on a Saturday morning at 8:30. Virtually no wait. Taken in quickly. Comfortable
Waiting area with coffee, tea and filtered water. Seems to be a reasonable time to attend to the client needs. Not very busy at all. In and out in less than an hour total.

I usually have very positive experiences at this Urgent Care however, my previous experience was not what I expected of UCHealth. Upon walking in, I watched an older lady get turned away due to needing a CAT Scan which they can't preform at an Urgent Care location, however, instead of the receptionist providing alternative locations such as the main hospital, she went silent and continued to repeat "we can't do that here" leaving the family clueless as to where they could receive care. After being checked in, the staff carried on personal conversations outside patients rooms that were so loud we could all hear to-the-word what was being said.

I confirmed my pharmacy when I scheduled my appointment. I confirmed my pharmacy during e-checkin. I confirmed my pharmacy to the doctor during my visit. Yet, The staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This is the third time they have done this.
