I will always preach this place to everyone I know!! The staff is the friendliest, most empathetic group of people I have ever experienced!! It never takes anyone more than 10 minutes to see me, I LOVE LOVEE LOVEEEE this place. Always leave me feeling so well cared for!

Just excellent care from check in to check out. Very attentive, caring and responsive to questions and concerns. Check in was easy with no wait and was in front of car giver within 5 minutes of arrival. Due to my issue. PA called for Dr to further evaluate. Waited about 2 minutes, saw Dr who substantiated PA's diagnosis, they both agreed on treatment plan and prescription and I was on my way.

The team at UC Health Urgent care is amazing! PA Lorraine is spectacular! She showed me so much compassion and kindness during our appointment and took her time with my concerns. I've never had such a wonderful experience with a provider, like I had with Lorraine. Highly recommend and please show the staff kindness and patience - every place is experiencing staff shortages and long days and hours taking care of all of all of us sick humans! They will take goodies (store bought and pre packed)! Show them some love! Thank you Lorraine!!!

WOW!!!! Love this place! Went on 12/28/2021 for a clogged ear thanks to a swimming pool. Arrived at 8am when they opened and was told I need to make a reservation. I was able to make a reservation with the gal at the front desk who was quick, friendly, efficient, and awesome. Signed forms, paid the co-pay, went home. Came back at 12:30pm for my appointment and waited in my car until they called me to come in. Provider Jeanine (I think?) was in my room within a few minutes, checked out my ear, asked her fellow male (older) provider to come in for a quick 2nd look. He was super friendly and quickly said YEP, she needs both ears flushed! Then wished me well and they were on their way.
Chelsea came in with the supplies to flush my ear, and I did a bit of small talk with her. She was SO friendly! And so quick! I asked if she was an RN and she chuckled and said she was actually an X-Ray tech but doing stuff like flushing my ear was super easy for her. She knew exactly what she was doing, double checked my other ear and said it needed to be flushed too (I'm only 33 years old!) and she was in and out within 5 minutes. She was super fun and had great energy which calmed me a lot. I'm so thankful she made me feel comfortable and heard. Once she flushed my 2nd ear I could hear 10x better and was shocked! I think I told her I loved her like, 5 times ha ha. Provider came back in, checked my ears, said they looked far better and I simply walked out the door to the parking lot. I thought they were going to simply give me ear drops and tell me to go home while I still suffered... so I'm beyond thankful they took the time to help me.
Facility is clean! New. Nice. Great service. I will certainly be back! If any of the office staff/manager read this... please know your staff that helped me was amazing and you guys have a great system going to quickly see folks. I've never thought to leave a yelp review for a health care facility because I've come to expect the same mediocre experiences. It just is what it is. But I was so pleasantly surprised by the care received at UCHealth Urgent Care last night, I felt compelled to leave a review.
My son had severe eye irritation from an eyelash that had grown downward against his eye too close for us to remove it without risk of scratching it. I took him to UCHealth about an hour before closing, expecting a tired staff and a long wait, which was not the case at all. The young lady at the front desk was super nice, got us checked in quickly, asking a few questions directly instead of handing us a clipboard. We couldn't have waited more that a minute before the nurse came for him. My son said the nurse and doctor were really nice and friendly as well. Unfortunately I dropped a 45lb weight on my foot at the gym and needed immediate care. I went to this location because the reviews for closer urgent cares were 2 stars or less. With much surprise I was taken care of quickly and had a great experience despite having to remove a toenail. Loraine went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and in the least amount of pain I could handle. This experience was better than my insurance paid hospital visit. Huge shoutout to Loraine and this team!!!!! THANK YOU

Severe nose bleed - the 4th in a week. I'd ignored the first 3 - more or less but by 20 minutes into #4 with no let up, I was close to panicking. I'm not happy to say that. I AM happy to say that from the minute we walked into this Urgent Care clinic we got attention. OK, we were the only ones in the waiting room but while my better half handed over my information, I was taken back into a room and immediately cared for.
And Such Care! Mandy, the physician's assistant was calm, confident and reassuring - and informative. Who knew with a nose bleed after pressing on the bridge of the nose for 10 minutes - you blow - gently of course. Then if bleeding hasn't stopped - do that 2 more times.
Then hit the urgent care.
We got solid information, helpful hints and TLC. Very nice to have this in the 'hood. And very impressed with the competency of ALL the staff - from reception to med. asst. to p.a. Best Urgent Care I've ever been to. Walked in with no appointment, and luckily was seen right away. Every staff member I worked with was so polite and caring. They focused 100% on me when I was talking and overall just seemed concerned for my wellbeing. The front desk, the nurse and doctor all were wonderful and got me out of there in a timely manner but still thoroughly did their jobs.

Lady at the front desk was rude, and insisted on us waiting outside. Terrible service. Will never come back because of how she treated me.

Asked for a doctors note to go back to work on a Tuesday when I came in for help. Got sent in circles just for a doctors note. Called Sunday Monday and came in again on Tuesday still no doctors note.
