Normally my experience here is much better. I came by at 12pm and they were slammed and said to come back at 4:05. I've been waiting here for an hour now. I'm going nuts waiting because it's 80 degrees in the waiting room it's so hot...we'll they said 78...but feels like a sauna.
Also my last experience here wasn't pleasant at well...I brought my son and they told me after seeing him for 30 secs he had to go to children's hospital. I paid a copayment and for literally 30 secs of seeing the doctor.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Not sure what is up with the UC health providers. We just started using them this year and this is the second bad experience we've had with them. We came later in the day to have our daughter evaluated and they seemed like they didn't want to deal with it so they told us to go to the ER. We went to the ER and the ER doc was very frustrated as he told us they could have totally handled her issue. I feel like sending them my ER bill which is going to be 10-15x more expensive. Feels like Kaiser.

Careless lip service. Billing practice is terrible if you want to spend a half a year getting them to accurately bill if not choose a different facility

one of the worst PT's I've ever talked to. Would not recommend, haven't been feeling good for a while.
She doesn't seem to care, told me nothing I didn't already know.
Doesn't seem to know much more than me.
Would recommend looking for professional's elsewhere.

I've been there twice and have been turned away twice. The first time I didn't bring my ID I then went to the ER where I was treated for sepsis. The second time I was turned away for not having my insurance card, I immediately went to the ER and was rushed due to appendicitis. This urgent care does not care about patients, they care only about money. The receptionist both times gave no care or anything simply we will not accept you. If you are Ill do not go here, they're always empty for a reason.

We have visited this clinic a few times for various reasons, and they are always quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I can make an appt online quickly and easily, and I've never had a problem getting in. The Dr we saw today even took time to talk to my son about medicine and college, because he expressed interest in a medical career. It's nice to have reliable care so close and easy to access!

Care was great...when we were finally seen. Why have appointment windows when it doesn't seem to make a difference? Watched people come, get seen and depart while awaiting our window. They appeared no worse than the miserable kid I brought in...I understand that clinics get slammed and can't anticipate demand, but it was a bit ridiculous after awhile. But...the care was great and efficient when we were seen, so there is that.

I have been to this facility twice recently. First time was very smooth but the second was not. Care was great both times; however, yesterday I made the appointment and received a text that it was my turn. I arrived on time but waited 2 hours to be seen. I understand there are emergencies, but since you have the text system set up, why not let people know you are 2 hours behind schedule? My son would have been more comfortable waiting at home. The doctor we ended up seeing was great though.

I used to drive out of the way to use this facility. The last couple trips have been less than desired. For this one, booked an appointment for 4:54 so I would have enough time to get to the pharmacy before it closed at 6:00. Now an hour and a half past my appointment and still not seen. Guessing I won't be able to get any meds tonight and they really don't seem to care the slightest. Will definitely not be returning here again after the last few disappointments.
