They did a great job on the work itself. However, the owner went back on a written quote once he showed up to do additional work. as if my home changed in 24 hours. I then went to use my hose and it was slit as well as shooting out from the spout. I called and he told me they don't use customer hoses...then "remembered" that they actually did. I was told it would be "repaired". When I went the next day to check on the repair. I found duct tape wrapped around the hose. A hose I rarely use. I am will never use this company again and will just buy another hose. Integrity is everything.

I called on Sunday morning and someone answered the phone, WOW! They were able to fit me in on Monday, the next day (someone else cancelled), thank you. The price quoted was the price asked, no extra hidden fees. I appreciate that. Very impressed with the work performed and will schedule my carpet cleaning for next month.
