Lots of parking street and in garage. Very clean and workers are friendly. They do a really good job and take their time. I highly recommend checking them out.

High expectations per google reviews...but I wish I had seen the reviews here first.

Deep bleeding cuts for the first time in my life of dozens of pedicures - the excessive cuticle cutting and poor technique is unsafe for nail health. I drove 30 mins to this location and I am now worried if it's getting infected it's still red, and irritated, and painful (3 days of neosporin and it's still not resolving).

*disclaimer I have an acrylic overlay on right toe because of a broken nail underneath. Letting it heal (hopefully) and never coming back.

Been going here since I made it to Texas. The best free styling place to go! They really do strive to make their customers happy and comfortable.

Awful.... Got gel x and 1 week later two of them fell off... they are also really crooked

Urban Nail Bar has an amazing set up! Super prompt, accommodating & offers walk in appointments. Right from the start; Zoey! She was able to assist us with pricing, services available and explained the details. Thank you young lady. Then Mike and Tina did an amazing job with our pedicures. The massage chairs were a plus! Thank you all so much for the great customer/client service for us during our visit to Dallas,TX‼ We will be back next time.

Lots of parking in the parkin garage on the side of the building. The establishment is beautiful and very clean, the staff is friendly. Came in on a Tuesday at 10:30 with no appointment and was out an hour later. Paid $102 not including tip for a pedicure, dip nails with added tips and gel toe removal which was an extra $5. The dip I picked out was supposed to have glitter but I think there was a mix up or misunderstanding which isn't really a big deal to me bc I'm very pleased with the work, quality and time. Very relaxing time and will return! I believe Danny was the gentlemen who did my nails he did a great job doing what I asked for

Literally went for a soak off and gel on my natural nails because they were at a at my goal length. One lady started my nails in the soak off process and was doing a soak and drill interval on my nails . Then a guy starts doing my nails with the same interval but with a file on the tip of my nails . Next the lady comes back with a drill and soak interval on the tips of my nails again. At this point I realized that on one of my nails half of my nail length was gone! The man then tried to tell me my nail grows on a deep slant on that one nail ( that was definitely a lie) .

The receptionist then came to resolve the issue and told me they can just put a tip on that nail. I didn't like that option but I had no other option so I agreed. She walked away , then next thing I noticed the man literally just cut down two of my nails . He told me he was just making them square ( which I never asked for!) I then compared with my hand and there was most definitely a length difference. Another lady then came and told me they have to cut the because my nails were week as if they didn't just drill and file on my nails for 45mins!

I lieterally left the salon with absolutely no nails at all! It was so unprofessional and the man doing my nails was literally on the phone the whole time obviously not paying any attention. For context, I had gel ex nails done by this same salon. If you know anything about gel ex nails you know it doesn't take that long!

Thank you Urban Nail Bar , I now have no nails for my event . If you're could give me them -5 stars I would!

Forget about the nails and services, first thing everyone deserves is respect on contrary they humiliated her and quoted ugly racist slurs. We have heard of small encounters on racism and there but they are at next level. Would be on our memory for ever.

Place provides great service, friendly staff. Clean and modern style atmosphere, staff wear masks and also disinfect area being used. They also provide refreshments while you wait or being treated with your nails or pedicure. The staff works hard to meet your needs & makes sure you're happy & satisfied.
