US Auto Spa

This place is great, never had to wait. It does place a $35 hold on your card which is reverted in a few days for the actual price you paid. Clearly that confuses a few people.

I've paid between $12 and $24 , the latter being a long wash and dry.

Charged $35 when I only used it for 8 minutes. And this is the 2nd time that has happened. Plus when you call the phone number nobody answers. They are scamming people that use debit or Apple Pay. I'm gonna do some research and find the owners and get my money back.

complete scam of a company, anytime you use apple pay or a debit in general, they over charge you out the a** , i had to call my bank and dispute the charge since you cant get in contact with anyone who owns the place

Charged me 35$ with card to vacune my car when it says 1.50
Then charged me 35$ to wash it when it says 4$
I ended up paying 70$ to wash my car

I also tried this place out for the first time and never have I paid $35.00 for a freaking self serve car wash I had to call my damn bank to figure out wth was 35.00!!!!! I couldn't believe that shit it doesn't say anywhere how expensive this place is. Never going back!!! SCAMMER WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE!!!!

I was charged $35 at this auto spa when it said $4.00 Its not easy for me to do it myself but because on limited income went this route and was I ever surprised when they took $35 from my account instead of $4.00 that is very bad seems its fraud as the thing clearly comes up as $4.00 and you have to start washing fast soon as it posts the $4.00 I have filed a complaint with all i know to

As said in the only other review left on here. No where does it show you will be getting charged 35$ for a single wash. Avoiding this place at all costs. Cant get in contact with ANYONE for simple answers. Take your business elsewhere.

Was charged 35$ when using my debit card. No where on the building or machine does it say it will charge 35$. Place is a complete scam. It is impossible to get in contact with the owner too. Sketchy and would not recommend.
