We are tourist from California, We were looking for an Auto Dent, finally met Lawn(I hope spelling correct) he helped to fix the car door scratch, he did it fast and details, valuable price, he is nice and honorable, thank you!

Picked up a used car recently and a door ding on the driver's side front fender just bothered me every time I got in and out of my car. A friend referred me to Vancouver Dent Pro for some PDR and frankly I wasn't sure if it could be fixed without painting as there was a bit of a scuff on the ding. My Subaru has a pearl coat and I really didnt want to go through the hassle of trying to find a shop that would perfectly match the factory paint. Not only that but the previous owner told me that this dent had been there for years and just hadn't bothered to fix it as he works at a mall where the risk of door dings would be higher.

Vancouver Dent Pro was incredibly easy to deal with. I took a few pictures, texted it over to him and 24 hours later he's at my office parking lot ready to work on my car. Not only did he get the ding out so the surface is smooth but he also wetsanded and polished it so that the previous damage was completely reversed! (Actually I would say that after the fix the fender he worked on makes every other panel of my car look like crap haha )

Overall I really can't say enough about Pak and Vancouver Dent Pro. I've dealt with so many businesses over the years and the general rule of thumb is that you only get to pick 2 out of the 3: speed/convenience, good pricing, and quality work. I am so glad I picked these guys to fix my fender as I genuinely got all 3: the car was fixed less than a day after I contacted them, it was well within what I had budgeted, and the work was nothing short of perfection.

As a side note, one of my colleagues had a major dent from when a tree fell on his hood and the quote Vancouver Dent Pro gave us was significanly cheaper than picking up a hood from a junk yard or getting the work fixed by a traditional body shop. Whether we're talking about a dime sized dent or a hulk smashed door, I would be confident in recommending the services of these guys to get your car looking new again at the fraction or the cost of traditional body work. Best money I've spent on my car so far!

Very pleased with the work done. My car looks like new. Get an appointment with them before you try to bring your car to the body shop. You will just pay a fraction of what you would at the body shop, and you will get it fixed in an hour.

When looking to have some small door dings removed, I contacted a number of different dent removal companies. Vancouver Dent Pro replied quickly, and Pak was very flexible and accommodating with booking. He came to my place and was finished the job within 2 hours, and the total job came in on he lower end of the price scale that he had quoted.

His work was high quality, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I ever need other dents removed.

Pak was friendly, knowledgable, and from my first email to post-repair his whole process was seamless and demonstrated that he cares a lot about his customers. And most importantly, he made the dent disappear in just over an hour - gone, no sign of it, and the paint looks great. It's like it never happened! I'm 100% happy with the repair and would highly recommend him.

My car had a couple really nasty dents on the doors and quarter panels. The specialists from Vancouver Dent Pro took care of every one. I requested that no holes be drilled into the door jams for access to some of the more hard to reach areas. They were able to accommodate. I was initially informed that a couple dents may not 100% gone due to my request not to drill. But the guys worked their magic, the dents looked and felt completely gone. Just like the day the car left the factory. These guys are quick to respond, have top notch customer service, and are highly skilled. Best of all, they understand and are willing to cater to the needs of extremely picky auto enthusiasts.

Pak successfully removed a dent on the rear quarter panel of my Tesla Model 3. The dent was actually located at a very challenging location along the crease line above the wheel. But Pak made his magic with a 100% restoration! Very impressive and highly recommended!

Pak set up a 3:00 appointment, called five minutes before appointment to say he was going to be 30 minutes late, then refused service when I complained about him being late. Totally unprofessional idiot. Not ICBC recognized. Scam.
