I love Venus, been coming here for years. Tee is the best, always does my nails just how I like them. He is great to chat with and if you're indecisive, he will let you know what looks good and what doesn't. He also does the best designs and is quick too.

My friend and I popped in today to get pedicures and a manicure for myself. After soaking my feet for 25 minutes, someone finally came over to do my toes. At this point, my friends toes were already done. We had requested basic gel pedicures and a gel manicure for myself. The menu they provided looked as though, to get gel, it would only be 10$ additional. However, this was not the case. I then went to get my nails done and I left with polish all over my hands with no effort to rectify it. We then went to pay and with my friend only getting a gel pedicure, the amount she paid was grossly overpriced at a whopping 55$ for a gel pedicure?! Mine was at 90$ and I had to immediately go home and get the nail polish remover to remove the remaining amount from my skin. I don't recommend going here unless you'd like to overpay for gel polish. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for what we received.

this is my second time here! and i had another great experience. they always seem to do a pretty great job with my nails. i got exactly what i asked for and looks exactly like reference picture. however, there is one nail that is slightly crooked... but it's hard tell unless you really stare so it's not a bit deal. the staff is friendly. the pricing is decent.

Made and online appointment which they confirmed. Arrived ahead of scheduled time and was told 15 minutes after appointment time they were really busy but that I could come back tomorrow if I couldn't continue to wait. No thanks, you've wasted enough of my time

Not very happy with my services here today. We went in with a group of 4 to get manicures and pedicures before my friend's wedding tomorrow and we are not pleased. Everything was extremely rushed from the very beginning. I understand they were busy but we didn't spend $100 plus to not feel semi relaxed. The technicians were very cold and rude. They would barely talk and just looked so upset. The bride's technician made a phone call during her manicure and talked on the phone the whole time. The technician that did my manicure completely missed the sides of my nails and it looks like half of my nail isn't painted. The edges are bubbly and I feel like it's going to peel very badly. My toe nails aren't even and are jagged. I 100% will not return to this salon.

I didn't have an appointment and they got me in fairly quickly, very friendly and my manicure was very neat and nice. I'll be back!

When I first started going to this nail salon at the beginning of summer, they were fantastic. But the last two times I've been, within two days of my nails being dipped, they chip and crack in the paint. This time, when I went, it was less than 24hrs before my nails chipped and cracked. And the last appointment took over 3 hours. For that amount of time, my nails should not be looking like crap right now.

Highly recommend!!! They are so sweet here. I sat down right away. I came in wanting a pink/orange ombré and they did a few swatches for me to see if I actually liked it, which I appreciated a ton because it turns out I wouldn't have liked it. They tried hard to make sure I got what I wanted and my nails turned out amazing!!!

The worst place I have ever had a pedi!! I will NEVER come here again. I was supposed to get mani pedi.... I had to forego the mani!! That's how horrible and pissed I was!!
