I get my annual physicals yearly done here and always have the worst experience starting with the check-in and with the doctor. Feels like i am stuck with this facility and doctor. No set process, always delayed. Reasoning they provide is "NEW SYSTEM " and they dont sync up the patients appointments which sucks with the wait time.

This is not a review of the medical staff, which I do respect and would give ****, but for the adminitrative staff.
It's impossible to call the location and speak to someone, The automated answering will tell you to press numbers at least ten times and take you around and still you cannot speak to anyone and if you are lucky and get on a call que, good luck to wait 20 minutes at least.
I'm testing to message using the portal. Hope it works and I don't end up in a data center overseas !!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This place is an absolute joke. They're always dismissive. They cancel appointments, they don't keep track record of vaccinations that they ask for, they tell you not to ask questions of certain appointments, etc. This place is trash. Immediately discontinuing service for my toddler.

It's unfortunate that there isn't a zero star rating. This is a poorly run practice. Avoid.

I was looking for a good Catholic doctor, and Dr. Noyes was recommended by a friend. If you're considering him for that reason, DON'T. He doesn't know enough about what Catholicism teaches to give sound medical advice. He tried to get me to use a treatment that would be gravely contrary to the natural law, and when I said I didn't want it, he was dismissive and rude.
Dr. Noyes also schedules lots of extra appointments, prescriptions, and uncessary referrals. He sent me to get an MRI for high cholesterol. Completely unnecessary. He does the same stuff with blood work. The guy's just trying to move more business through his clinic. The blood work lab and MRI machine are in the same building. He also referred me to a specialist outside my insurance network, so that's great (sarcasm).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Again, I have to write a negative review of this location due to messing up with appointments. First, my appointment that was taken 6 months ago was cancelled and I had to call to get pushed back by 2 weeks. I did accept that to stay with "my doctor". Then my new appointment was cancelled like one hour before the appointment, and I had to call to get another the same day with another doctor after it was explained to me a certain situation that I did accept. Arrived at the location some 10 minutes earlier, the receptionist didn't know about appointments, spoke to a young lady walking around with a laptop and she was really bad finding names. At the end, she found mine and said let me check and went away. 5 minutes later, I received a cancellation and that I would be able to meet with a NP 30 minutes later. This is really ridiculous - this young lady whether she's a PA or admin, is not adding any value - on the contrary, she's damaging the credibility of this institution. The nurse I'm used to see regularly before I see my doctor came to meet me and she arranged a new appointment with another doctor for another day. So let's see how this is going to work.

Dr. Caldwell is awesome! Office is very accomodating with same day appointments and Saturday hours. My family and I have been patients since 2006 and I highly recommend their services.

When i am lucky enough to see my actual doc, its great. But its rare for me and my wife to see her anymore. The fill-in docs are bossy assholes and the NA's constantly try to up-sell you on everything imaginable, the marketing tactics they employ are more like ongoing harassment. Going here makes us feel like more of a target for generating fee revenue, as opposed to being a patient who deserves good medical care!
We have complained to to the office manager, but still getting intrusive un-desired marketing messages. The staff is un-organized, and more focused on charging you as much as they can on every single visit, make sure you know if you have met your deductible because they wont tell you, they are to lazy to look it up. I have to be on my death bed before i will go back to this office and make sure my wallet is locked up!
Very dissatisfied! Worst doctor patient experience in my life... If you are looking for that personable patient / doctor experience with a friendly and helpful staff, you wont find it here... You are just another cow to be milked for money!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julia N.Dallas, TX21142Mar 21, 2017
I've been seeing Dr. Noyes for the past 12 or so years now, so needless to say that I've had quite the experience. When I was away at college a couple of years ago, I was blinded by allergies (literally, watery eyes are no fun) and I wasn't familiar with the doctors in Austin so I called his office and they were able to send a prescription in that same day. I'll never forget it either because the next day I was feeling great!
Now I'm back in Frisco and I go here for normal visits and allergy care. Ever since Dr. Noyes recommended immunotherapy, my allergies have been SO MUCH BETTER (aside from peak season, but that's no surprise). Every doctor is different, but Dr. Noyes is like my family. He will refer other doctors if necessary but all with good reason. This office has been up and running and even expanded! That goes to show how well they're doing!
Give the staff a chance. If there's something you don't like, talk to them and they'll adjust! To the staff at TFM, my allergies and well being would be nothing without y'all!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gabby P.Denton, TX13910Jun 10, 2019
Dr. Sheffield always makes me feel so comfortable anytime I'm in. As a really shy person, I feel at total ease when she's doing my exam. She also explains everything so thoroughly which makes the experience so much better.
