Visual Detailing

This is a long overdue review. I was referred to Eric back in January, and in February I had Visual Detailing do a full PPF, ceramic coat and a full window/roof UV tint on my Lucid Air. Eric was amazing to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly, really up front and honest about everything. He is wonderful to work with. The car came out beautifully. And then a few weeks after picking it up, it was totaled in a crazy accident.
Fast forward about six weeks, and I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a new Lucid Air to replace it. I didn't even shop around, I texted Eric before I even picked it up to reserve a time for him to work on it. This time around, I wanted something different, something beyond the factory look. I showed Eric pictures and trusted him to pick out materials. I was not disappointed. The effort and dedication he put into creating the look of the car for me was beyond anything I expected. It is about the nicest looking Lucid around and somewhat unique. It still brings a smile to my face every day.
The quality of the finishes is excellent and really lasts with hardly any maintenance. All I've done is wash the car a couple times a month, and it still looks as good as when it left Visual Detailing nine months ago. The paint still shines like glass. The PPF has already kept some nicks out of the paint. The Air has a full glass canopy on top, no roof. The UV coating is doing a great job of keeping the car cool in summer. Pictures are from before and after. The ones in the sun were taken today.

Eric and Cameron were a pleasure to worth with! Those guys really take a lot of pride in what they do and they were very honest, flexible, and most importantly did a phenomenal job! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get any kind of paint protection on their car! After leaving, I felt like I gained a couple of friends! That's how they'll make you feel, like your buddies are taking care of your car, AND for a good value!!

Eric and his folks at Visual Detailing have always done a great job on my F-150. Been there for the initial ceramic coating application, 2 refresher treatments and a mini-detailing. Very satisfied with every visit. Did what they said they would do and finished when they said they would finish. Quality work every time.

Eric and his crew did a fantastic job on my Scat Pack Charger! It had been 4 years since a clay and decontamination had been performed and they took the extra time to bring it up to their standard! I'd give six stars if I could, BRAVO!!!

I purchased a new SUV and wanted to protect both the inside and outside from dirt and fading. I went to Eric at Visual Detailing because I heard he demands nothing less than perfection for anything he does. Even though my Honda isn't as highend as some of the vehicles he works on, he treated it no differently. My vehicle was sparkling! I received many compliments on how "smooth" it was. Good quality and great service.

My previous experience with another car detailing shop had left me with a bad taste. So I was nervous to take my new model 3 to another shop to get it re-coated. Eric was highly recommend by a friend whos ceramic coating came out terrific. I kid you not...my red model 3 came out a different color. It is now a deeper red and has a beautiful wet look. Eric took the time to do a walk around the car at drop off to point out existing imperfections (Which the previous car detail shop did not, then used that fact as leverage for their poor work). Eric was in contact the second your car is ready for pick up. At the same time wanting your car to cure in his shop as long as possible to get the best results. It is a small shop so be patient if he can't fit you in right away. It is worth it!!! Side note: I paid the exact same price between the two shops and the jump in quality is crazy.

I called Visual Detailing and was greeted with a kind and professional person named Eric. Customer service was excellent from my first phone call until the end of my service when I drove off. It was already the end of the day when they were closing up shop and while I was being assisted I was further welcomed to the establishment by two amazingly well-behaved doggies. You wouldn't even know these pets were there.
Overall wonder experience. I called about gum that melted into the fabric backseat of my car and Eric was able to get it out in a jiffy. I would highly recommend this business to all my friends!
