VSL Nail Spa

Flew in from Michigan for vaca, and I'm a first timer in Nashville. Husband had a meeting so I went to get my nails done. Love love loved!! Salon is pretty and modern, with lots of friendly workers. I had Cindy and she was awesome. She was very detailed and asked what I wanted for inspiration immediately. I would highly recommend the locals to try this salon! Thanks Cindy & VSL for a great first experience.

Initially coming here I loved it. The decor was beautiful and the vibe was right. But the more I went back the worst service was and they had a hard time sticking to appointment times.

Several of the employees here are rude. More so the ladies than men They'd whisper about some of the clients then laugh. No, I don't speak their language, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out if a person is talking about you or others around you. I've witnessed them firsthand humiliate clients leaving them very uncomfortable. I don't plan to return here. If this is how customers are treated this isn't the place for me.

Made an appointment and waited 30 minutes for other people to get sat before me, staff was incredibly rude, prices were more than I've seen on the west coast. Absolutely never coming here again

I have recently been going to get my eyebrows waxed, I'm always taken care of quickly! Best way to spend my lunch break! The decor is amazing!

Amazing experience at VSL! The place is very clean, nicely decorated, and they have a ton of colors (a wall of colors) to choose from. Great service as well! I had Sunny who made sure the experience was perfect and my friend had Emily, who was wonderful as well! I loved the massage chairs when I was getting my pedicure. They do such a good job with my nails and toes.

Kelly, the store manager was so welcoming and friendly and she made sure everything went well.

Fun, trendy nail salon but for the cheapest pedicure and a "color change" on my nails (not even a full manicure) was $89!! Plus tip! No price listings, and no itemized receipt. I couldn't believe it when he said $89...

I'm so happy to have found my favorite nearby salon in Nashville! The prices here are fair and the service is both efficient and detailed. I always do a walk-in appointment on the weekends, though it can get busy so they do have online booking and call ahead options if you are on a schedule! I usually just check Google's estimated wait times before going and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated with a tech.

I recently was seated with Tina and she did an amazing job with shaping my nails and applying a very thin and neat dip change. My biggest annoyance with dip is when techs apply it too thick or get it stuck on your skin, which causes the dip to not stay as long or to crack easily. My last dip was going strong at 4 weeks and I only got it changed out because my nails were growing too long for me to live my life and type fast!

FYI the cut on my finger is not from the salon! I cut it while cooking dinner shortly after my appointment, sadly

Good mani, nice decor and atmosphere. But $60 for a simple gel manicure is a tad ridiculous.

We are from out of town and decided to go here for their deal that included free champagne.
Five of us sat down and began getting worked on then we were told they were out of cold champagne but had white boxed wine.
The overall experience was pleasant and comfy. Four of us got dip manicures and a couple of the workers did not seem happy with us. In the end three of our manicures were so thick and scuffed but it was our fist time so we didn't realize it but it looks like we're wearing press on nails. Then the next morning one of the pedicures just started popping off.
We are not looking to spend more time on our vacation in this salon but it wasn't cheap either, so disappointing.

VSL salon is so incredible that I fantasize about flying into Nashville just to get my nails done here.

I had a group of 4 come in, two of which were men that were having their first nail salon experience. We ended up all getting matching gel polish halloween toes with spider web designs. Our nails came out perfect and lasted longer than any I can recall.

The whole time we were laughing and smiling and having a ball with our nail techs. Champagne bottles, stunningly beautiful environment, and super talented team.
