The reason for the two stars is that the employees had done a move in the morning, and when they got to me in the afternoon, they were exhausted. It was very apparent. I actually felt bad for them and even offered to help. The move took FOREVER and, consequently, the fee was double what I expect. There were also some items damaged (not a big deal), but after submitting pictures of these they stopped emailing me back. I was also expecting 3 movers; only 2 showed up.
In conclusion, if you decide to choose this company, get them during the morning. It's very possible that you'll have a better experience than myself.
