My husband found Wendy on google and boy did we luck out! She was a pleasure to work with. We've used Wendy twice to buy 2 investment properties. She's very knowledgeable & responsive, especially during the closing process. She's resourceful and has helped us find ways to move the closing process along. She's very patient and is never salesy. In fact, we had looked at other investment property opportunities throughout the last few years with Wendy that didn't materialize but she didn't mind taking the time to show us properties & we never felt pressured into making an offer.

Wendy found my wife and I our DREAM HOUSE. My wife and I, like many of us, knew someone who knew someone and finding an agent was the easy part here in Santa Clarita. The hard part was finding someone we could trust who was well connected and had a network that could help us tap into the market. Wendy worked hard and tapped into all of her resources and was able to show us a home before it ever hit the market. Culdesac plenty of kids in the neighborhood, and a downstairs office. This house had EVERYTHING!!! She was able to negotiate a deal that we didn't think was possible. She took care of everything. She dealt with a selling realtor who was representing difficult clients, recommended a great lender, and took care of all of the small details that would have driven me crazy. In short, she made what could have been a stressful process of one of the most important investments in my life a breeze. The day we got our keys we met her at the house to walk in it for the first time as our new home. We were welcomed with a giant gift basket with munchies and gift cards to some of our local eats. She said she knew we'd be busy for the next week or so moving and we already spent enough money this week so this would at least help us eat on the run as we set up our new home. She had been caring and diligent throughout the whole process but topped it off with an incredible caring gesture like this. Wow!!! 5 star service is an understatement.
