Westcoast Pantry

This sweet little gem is found in the Victoria Public Market. I've gone twice now to enjoy some smoothies made fresh as I peruse the shop. Both times I've ordered the Anti-Juice and find it so refreshing and tasty. I love green smoothies. This one has a lot of ginger bite, and it's so good. On my second occasion, P said he'd "help me out" if I wanted to order 2, so I also got the Cacao Monkey. It was a smooth, perfectly sweet dessert-like smoothie. Yum. I wish I could eat them everyday!

They have a lot of healthy snacks and lunches. Check them out especially if you are sick of eating out or need a healthy energy boost. The smoothies are a great deal and well worth it. Cheers to your health!

Had a fantastic quick and healthy breakfast muffin that was unbelievably tasty. You need to arrive early as these beauties sell out quickly. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and greet you with a smile. Selection of snack foods and general health food is just right for the tourist on the go or local shopper alike. If you are near the public market I highly recommend you stop by.
