The customer service has been great the last few times that I have gone and I love that they offer the scents you can put under your seat as well.

As for the wash itself, it does an OK job but definitely not the best. It's also a bit more expensive. I go to GO car wash and downs $20 and here I spend about $23 with the top package. Unfortunately The past few times I've taken my car, there has still been dirt and residue on my car after the wash.

I do appreciate that they have plenty of towels to buff your car though and the vacuums work amazing. The past few times I've gone, there has been someone playing extremely loud music and the workers each time have made contact with that person and fixed the problem so it's good to see that they genuinely care about the business.

Near the house and a great value. With only two washers, my monthly membership paid for itself. The staff is friendly, and I love that clean towels, vacuums, and glass cleaner are included.

Worthless car wash. The vehicle had several areas untouched by brushes or whatever. Basically areas of the truck were not cleaned. And I'm not talking obscure areas that are hard to reach. The areas left dirty were all along both sides and the back. In summary this car wash is not worth spending your money at.

This organization damaged my car before it entered their machine . The employees use brushes to scrub your hood an damage it without taking ownership ! They ripped the letters Off the hood of my Range Rover!!! The manager(scoffs) said I should
Google this as it's a known issue with Range Rover...the letters come off because of Texas weather....WTF? His staff did this! Don't take your car there unless you want damages!
I have multiple cars an never will I go back! Highly disappointed ! I hope this helps someone please avoid Wet n Jet!

For a machine car wash it does a very good job at more than a reasonable price. Clean towels and free vacuums are available after your wash if you want to get a bit more detailing in. You have a choice of four wash packages or can get a monthly pass for each of the four washes.

Purchased a monthly membership for my husband as a Valentine's Day present. He loves it and the process was under 5 minutes to get it set up. Bring in the license plate number and have a charge card ready. That's it you cancel by a simple verbal request, Great staff too.

Love the free vacuum after the wash. Wash didn't completely remove the mess off of my back window. I also couldn't really see the screen when purchasing a wash and selected what I thought was the $10 wash. It was actually a membership sign up for 3 months. It really felt like a trick. I have to go online to cancel it now because after that it turns into $35 per month. For the next 3 months I get unlimited car washes though? Lol yay.

The associates are very nice and pay attention to detail when I bring my truck in for a wash.

We really love the service at Wet N Jet!!! The employees are top notch!!! Sooo very efficient and kind. We spoke with Christian about an incident which occurred a week ago. He was very kind, polite and reassured us that he would work to get it resolved. We had attempted to go through the car wash and the system rejected our car. Because we wanted our car washed and the message stated that we didn't have a monthly pass, we purchased another one. The following week we were charged for the one that we supposedly did not have. Just a glitch in the system... fair enough. Until we came in contact with Albert. He was rude and stated that my wife was accusing the system of "trying to get her" and "manipulating her". I listened to my wife tell him that he must have misunderstood her and that all she wanted was a complete refund. He was insisting that he could only give her $21.66 and not the full $24.99. She asked if he would bypass the system and give her a full refund as she did not need 2 monthly car washes for one vehicle. He told her he'd already listened to her and said he would put the balance of the refund in an envelope and we could pick it up the next time we were there. She thanked him and he hung up on her. We went to get her car washed and were told that Albert wasn't sure which one to cancel so he canceled them both. Of course Christian and another employee fixed the problem and we were able to get her car washed. We would go elsewhere but the car wash and employees are always on point and we hope to never have to deal with Albert again. Also the refund consisted of mostly dirty pennies for the change.

Great service! They give you the option of paying monthly (with a debit card) saves so much time. You drive up & in seconds the gate rises BOOM to the carwash. You'll have 2 put car in neutral that is guided by the workers, then you just sit back & let the cleaning begin. There are clean towels 'micro fiber' always in abundance. Vacuums are FREE...yes FREE & their is alway availability. I usually go during the week, weekends are usually busy but service is still fast.
