On Monday 6/27/2022, My husband went to your carwash to wash my Infiniti SUV, While in the carwash, one of the machines knocked the wing mirror from the drivers side off. When he exited the carwash, an employee by the name of Dayton carelessly gave the mirror back to my husband (which it cut my husbands finger making it bleed ALOT) and said a manager would reach out on Thursday. We were contacted today by Albert and he stated he did see the camera footage where my husband drove in and the mirror was ON and when he drove out of the tunnel and it was the whole mirror piece broken off. He did state there was nothing they could do being that it did not happen to anyone else that day. I let him know that this needs to be corrected and he stated there was nothing he could do. He was not sympathetic nor polite and we do not appreciate that. I do want our Door mirror/piece completely fixed.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I took my 2020 vehicle thru this car wash today May 9th , 2020 . Their car wash damaged my car so bad and my 2020 car is in mint condition. Their car wash broke my rear view camera off my car . I spoke with the manager ALBERT AYALA who told me that there's no way the soft clothes used to wash my car could have damaged my car . So then I told him then your young man drying my car off broke it and again he gave a piss poor excuse that there's no way the employee broke it off because his employees use soft clothes to dry all cars when they purchase The Works . Let me tell you this place is a joke . I know several people that have had issues with this manager not taking responsibility for damages that Wet N Jet causes . If you value your car , please don't take it here . Not worth all the heart ache that's for sure .

Car not wash good at all. PAID for the WORKS Package car come out dirty . Tried to talk with the manager or he could be the owner he didn't say . Whatever he is very poor customer service. I've been Coming here For years how seen the ownership change new management change. I'm a good tipper I didn't take it out on the boys that Hand Dried my car but I'd made sure I tip him really well but that manager needs Customer service Classes he gets a 0 star .

**CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF DAMAGING EQUIPMENT IN THE WET AND JET CAR WASH**

I just got off of the phone with the General manager Albert Ayala. I complainted that their car wash with the use of a "soft" bristle brush used to apply soap all over my vehicle caused scratches and caused my paint to chip. Albert proceeded to tell me that I was making it up and that his car wash did not do it. I showed two of his workers the multiple scratches and damage all around my car, and they just passed me on to their manager. The one and only positive in the whole experience is their employee Roger was very pleasant. I had no choice but to leave one star, but IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!

I paid 11$ for probably the worst wash I've ever gotten. The whole area smelt like rotten food and I got a 'vacuum token' but then realized you had to pay for the vacuums. Still have no idea where the tokens were supposed to go. Better to just drive to an actual car wash.

Wet N Jet is the best! The team is professional and courteous. The customer service can't be beat. I'm a monthly member and have used the service for almost 4 years now. I've never had any issues with the tunnel wash marking my vehicles. They hand dry the car and polish the wheel rims. Best service and price in town! Be sure to tip the guys, they are more than worth it. They do all the work to make it easy for you. Can't beat that!

Super friendly staff and an efficient wash. Nice to finally have a reliable car wash near Walzem!

Got a $10 wash gave a $10 tip for hand dry. The blonde guy who runs the placed bitched because hand drying was for the $14 wash. What a joke.

Got the super interior clean that comes with Managers Wash for $49.99, and was super impressed. Our Dodge Challenger looked amazing like they really took their time.
