This company was recently replaced my entire roof. They did an excellent job. The office staff was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I had interviewed four other roofing companies to get bids on my roof job. They came in with the lowest bid using the same type shingles AND did not charge me extra for the water seal lament that was used. Whitrock actually educated me on the lament verses tar paper. Which I found very helpful.
After my roof was completed I found a few nails and called Whitrock. They stated they were terribly sorry and sent someone out right away to magnet sweep again.
I am very satisfied with this company and its staff. They always returned my phone calls and went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to others.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Eric P.FL, FL01Oct 4, 2021
They came out to inspect building for needed roof repairs. I signed the contract, then they never showed. I placed multiple calls and could not get a call back. I understand being busy, but if you are not interested in the work, then please have the courtesy to let me know.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I called them 3 times about the leak in my roof but never heard anything. Very unprofessional, do not bother calling them if you need repairs.

Received proposal for new roof promised one month for install which was even a stretch for us since we told them we had a leak. Same experience with estimator showing up unannounced. It is now 3 months later we have no roof no contact from them after repeated phone calls & nothing but excuses.....we are going elsewhere

I sent Whitrock Associates a request for a quote on a ceiling joist repair several weeks ago. Shortly, after I sent my request I receive a call from one of their employees to conduct an assessment of the work that would be needed. Unfortunately, he just called stating that he was at my house and showed up unannounced. I told him I was at work but could leave early and could meet up at later time that day. He does a quick walkthrough and gives me a reasonable price and says he could have his guys by that Friday to knock it out. His office sent me the estimate and I take a day to mow it over and call the next day to see if Friday would still work. I leave a message saying I would still like to get the project done on Friday and request a call back to confirm that they can do it. No one calls back (you'll see this theme throughout this story)
That Friday, a sole employee comes by the house unannounced and calls me up and says he's there to do the job. Surprised, I leave work early and come back to the house. He spends about 5 minutes in the house and he says he didn't know what all the job entailed and that he would have to get his guys to help. He tells me that they will be back on Monday. I ask for a specific time (since I work and don't like leaving at the behest of my contractors schedule) and was told he would have to check with the office on the availability and that the office would call me but that someone would be there Monday. Monday comes.... no one shows. I end up going on a business trip and spend some time debating what to do next. All the while (about a two week period), I don't receive a single call.
I then decide to call them and ask what was going on. They tell me, they tried calling me but didn't have any luck. (I have no missed calls or messages from them). I put that aside and ask to firmly schedule a repair date. We agree on two days later and all is set. I take a day off from work and plan my day to make myself available. That day comes....and goes. Not a call... nothing. I call the office and leave a message. Short and simple... point me to another company or give me a new quote. I let the weekend go by thinking that they will get my message on Monday. Monday comes and goes...no call back. So I call them on Tuesday. I ask to speak to who handles scheduling. I provide them my address and tell them that for the 2nd time I've had a no show and I had to take a day off from work and want this addressed by either referring me to another company or adjusting my quote. He tells me the team had to cancel because the rain. I ask..."the rain...you mean the rain that would be outside while you are inside a house working on a ceiling. Did the rain stop you from calling me to cancel?" He puts me on hold and comes back and says..."tomorrow". I tell him I'm glad that tomorrow would work for them but I never said it was good for me and it did not address my request to either be referred to another company or having my quote adjusted. He puts me on hold and another rep gets on the phone. I explain the situation (multiple no-shows, showing up unannounced, no call backs, no coordination). She tells me about the rain...( I have a similar response as previously stated). She tells me the phones were down... I ask if no one has a cell phone. She tells me they had an emergency job on a collapsed roof... How did they get the call for an emergency roof job if their phones were down...and wait... the rain? She declined to either refer me to another company or adjust my quote. Thus concluding my business with Whitock.
Whitrock Associates may be outstanding at the services they provide. They also may charge a reasonable price. However, I'll never know. They displayed an inability to communicate and coordinate with their customer and blamed much of it on their phones (they should look into that). I saw a google review where the individual mentions being threatened with a lawsuit for a negative review of them. Interesting...especially since they have a glowing review that just happens written by someone with the same last name as one of the employees. Come to your own conclusions. This review simply states facts and makes no conclusion as to the quality of their services to be perceived by the reader.

Dozens of nails, tiles, tar paper, and trash left all over my yard and in particular my pool. The most dangerous is all the nails. When I talked to Keith about it he said that is what should be expected. I have the bag of nails and trash saved for him.
