4 star only because Wait time was 35", (told to walk-in) everyone very efficient, X-ray tech., especially very efficient.

I came in as a walk in yes they were a little busy but with that, they were super fast friendly and efficient.

The front staff at check in were efficient and helpful. The actual technician who did my procedure lacked Professionalism. She had me change in front of her, climb onto the table and have an invasive lower xray (without giving you too much detail) then clean up in front of her and dress. This doesn't seem right or okay. I am appalled! 1:30 PM Santa Fe, Zia Room 270 11/9/2018. You should be able to figure out who did this. Middle aged, curly hair about shoulder length, darker color, slim build. In this day and age, I should be able to have the Technician leave the room at the beginning and end of Procedure. Cleaning up in front of someone is uncomfortable and plain WRONG!

I went in for a MRI guided ultrasound biopsy for a nodule on the thyroid. Having been through this with similar procedures with my husband at UNM and another professional facility I thought I knew what to expect. The technician was not at all professional. He was young and I cut a bit of slack due to this. However, he continued to jabber on as he was preparing me for the procedure about flying on airplanes without masks. He continues to talk non stop as he was actually sticking the fine needle into my neck. I was appalled and actually put my hand up to say something. "I really need you to stop talking". He replied, "Oh, are you nervous?" I replied, "no, I just don't want to hear all this". His response was smug and he continued in a very aggressive way to complete the fine needle aspiration then jerked the cloth that was over my face (which I was not informed why that was even place over my face) in very quick flick. I was so offended by this man. He did not say anything after the procedure to me. Told the assistant to help me off the table and he left the room. I was walking down the stairs to leave and he brushed right past me and did not say a word. Not excuse me, have a good day, nothing. I will not go back here ever.

I will never go back to this place again! I have anxiety and I let the technician Steve know this at the very beginning.
I had a breast MRI done, and that procedure takes about 45 minutes, and they have to inject contrast into your body to see the images properly.
I was worried that I would have a reaction to the contrast and they would not know because they can not hear me only see me from the booth. We were running a bit behind and Steve and his assistant were very impatient with me. They were more concerned about getting it done and getting me out. When the dye went in I felt dizzy so I panicked and Steve came out saying in a not so nice and short tone " Are you done? this doesn't seem like your passing out seems like anxiety. You wasted the contrast" his tone was so nasty that my anxiety got worse and I wanted to get out of there immediately. This man could done things much differently and made this experience nicer for both of us. If you have anxiety please don't go to this man. Dr Shelby Bennett is a super capable physician supported by an incompetent team. I can say without reservation - this is the most uncooperative, most difficult medical staff I've ever had to deal with during my 30 years in Santa Fe NM.
Such a pity. Dr. Bennett is so capable and is surrounded by staff who simply "don't give a damn." It doesn't speak well for Dr. Bennett.

I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was very competent, kind, and concerned for my comfort. I give Xray Associates the highest recommendation.

Quick diagnostic procedure there today. Called yesterday for an appointment and got a spot today. Easy check in. Physician and clinical staff were great-efficient,caring and provided all the information I needed on the procedure and next steps. I work in healthcare and they rate high in service excellence and clinical professionalism on this visit for sure.

I like the technicians, very professional and caring. The billing department has much to be desired. I had a head MRI done in 2016 / 2017 in the Santa Fe office. I NEVER received a bill, due to the fact that an incorrect address was input into their system. I ended up getting sent to collections. Billing staff was very rude and unprofessional. I recently had to get another MRI done. End of October, It's now December and guess what STILL NO BILL. I called the office to see where it was. She stated that two statements had been sent out. I let her know that I've had issues with them in the past in terms of bills and she RUDELY told me that she only had one visit in the system for me so I had never been there before. It was the EXACT same office. Just rude, rude, rude. I will never go there again if I can help it. Santa Fe Imaging is MUCH nicer.

This facility has old, out-dated, claustrophobic MRI equipment which dates back to the 90's! There have been many advances in MRI imaging since the equipment this facility uses were made. I'm a medical practitioner and I DO know an old MRI machine from a new one! BE smart, go elsewhere where the technology is at least from THIS century!
