My friend recommended this nail salon to me & I will not go anywhere else. The staff is always very friendly & the salon is clean. They have a lot of nail colors to choose from & are always helpful matching colors from pictures I show them.
I love getting a spa pedicure, the stuff they put in the tub turns into a jelly & feels so good on your feet!!!
I also get a lot of compliments on my mani's. I'm so happy I found my new nail salon

I what to xo nails with a picture of what nail designs I want because their website stated they can do nail art but that's not the case i ended up being disappointed

Came in as a walk in for the first time. Staff was friendly.
I got a Jelly pedicure. My two big toes already had acrylic just needed them to be filled..The nail tech did not communicate/ converse with me at all the whole time I was getting a pedicure. It was very rushed and my two toes came out very Thick and not shaped properly. She also didn't polish my right toe with clear gel polish at the end..all of my toes are shiny except for that one.. Ended up paying $45 for the service. I will definitely not be returning.

Amazing staff, always friendly, no appointments needed. Always 2/2 with mani/ pedi's!! Wish they had more scented pedi soaks and massaged feet and legs better.
Prices are higher than some local nail salons. Need new spring colors for 2024. Love it here regardless of my wishes!

What a great experience. I really needed a pedicure and wanted to find a good reliable place. There are lots of chips in the area but let me tell you, they aren't all good. I just walked in on a Saturday morning hoping for the best. I was there when they opened. The lady who opens the door was so nice and friendly. I didn't have an appointment but they still accommodated me. Within 5 minutes of them opening they had a line! That's a good sign. My pedicure was great. They use this gel foam stuff in the water I've never seen that before. It was cool! I will be back for sure.

Cathy is the best, takes her time and makes sure her customers are satisfied! Quality is great and the place is organized.

For the past 2 gel manicures, my nails started chipping just after 2 weeks. Experts say their product quality are inferior. I'll be looking for another salon that has better gel products.

NEW UPDATES: Even though my review might not alter the 4-star rating or the staff's attitude here, I still wish to share my experiences to alert new customers and bring it to the owner's attention.

I USED TO BE A REGUAR CUSTOMER here, and my favorite technician was Bee. However, recently, I decided to try gel X and trusted in Bee enough to give her a trendy design, but there was a problem with the chrome nail polish that refused to stick.
She later asked me to come back as her next appointment had shown up. I understood, so I opted for an easier design later.

Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, I booked an appointment with Bee to get my nails removed and WAS REFUSED SERVICE. I remained polite, thinking she was truly busy.
Therefore, a week later, I called to schedule an appointment for a week in advance, and once again, her boyfriend, who is also a nail specialist, refused service with a very short and rude response like previously, telling me to come in and another person will assist me.
Last time, I asked if Bee was busy and if he could assist me, to which he simply replied with one word: 'NO'. There wasn't even a 'No, I'm busy'.

It wasn't my fault the chrome polish didn't stick and became difficult for her to fix my nails. During our good terms, Bee also mentioned refusing service to a Mexican lady after dealing with many of her trendy Chinese designs. I can totally understand if nail techs refused service to rude clients that gave them a hard time but I was super polite and understanding about the nail polish situation and the design. Also, I was her loyal client when the salon first opened.

To be honest, I would still be fine with Ivy doing my nails if they could have used a different tone and attitude to handle the situation.
NOW, I'D RATHER GO TO ANOTHER SALON WITH 7-8/10 NAILS THAN HAVE PERFECT 10/10 NAILS BUT ENDURE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FEELING AS AN UNIMPORTANT NEEDY CLIENT EVERY TIME I WALK IN. DISAPPOINTED!

I HIGHLY SUGGEST THE OWNER TO ADDRESS THE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR YOUNG, ARROGANT STAFFS BEFORE YOUR BUSINESS FACE LEGAL ISSUES.

Came in last min for a gel set. Hanna did my nails. She was wonderful! Very fast but still quality neat work. I love it, it was exactly what I wanted!!

I went here since I first started college and now making an appointment for my graduation. Bee and Jimmy are always my favorite technicians. They are skilled and communicative. Despite bad reviews about them being rude, what I see here is that they are not fluent in English, which making it harder for customers to understand. I suggest everyone to come with an open minded, because they are truly nice and deserve to get your respect.
