I Recomend Mia in this place, for nails and peddicure... before after 3 days my gel color is gone in other places.. whith Mia is diferent... my nails bright like more then 3 weeks, and look nice after long time... she is so fast, and have perfection en every work make me

Had a good experience at XoXo getting a gel mani with a simple heart design. My technician Mia was a few minutes late, but she was very apologetic about it so I didn't mind too much. She worked fast but careful and was very patient when working on the nail art. It turned out pretty well and I thought the price of ~$60 was reasonable ($15 up charge for the design).

This place is horrible, my feet are so damage
I can't even walk .if they would pay attention to the client instead, of speaking and laughing in their own language and trying to do multiple tasks at the same time they might could do a pedicure look at my feet. I can't even walk. Both feet are horrible. The fact that the nail polish was old and sticky, she put nail polish remover in the bottle and shake it and proceeded to use, instead of saying would you please select another nail polish. I was thrilled when they fit me in on a Saturday afternoon. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure now that summer sandal season is in full swing. They have a range of packages & options depending on your needs and desire to pamper yourself. I'm delighted with the outcome and will go back again.

I live close by so this would be my 4th time here. My fiancé came one of those times and didn't like it because he said they cut his toe nails too much and it hurt. I hadn't had a negative experience like that so I came back. Today I got a gel manicure and it was not at all comparable to my other visits. For starter, my nails ended up SUPER short. She asked me I wanted them cut and I said no, just filed because I have a hard time growing my nails and I want to keep my length. Welp, she filed them crooked and to correct them, they ended up filed super short. You can see there's still dry skin on the sides of nails but she told me that's just my skin LOL. Normally, they take fingers from both hands and compare for symmetry but not this time. So I have nails of all kinds of length now. It honestly looks like a rushed mani because that's what it was. I was in and out in less than 30min. Never again. You guys lost my business.

asked to have gel x removed and they shaved my nail down to the point where it started hurting and I had to tell her to stop. I dont even think shaving is the proper procedure for this. That was 2/17 and over a month later they are still brittle and thin.

I'm a regular here but I'm done giving these below subpar salons my money. I came here to get a pedicure. One it's $35 for socking your feet in water. Then I had on gel (from my last pedicure) and decided to get regular. They decided to charge me a random $5 for removal of gel. Which is not posted. This was because I did not wanna get gel polish. I asked several times where is it listed and they said "we have new price menus coming. Ignore these ones ". I told them

I was visiting from out of town and they accommodated my last minute, late appointment request. I had two technicians working simultaneously on my nails and toes. They listened to my requests regarding both my pedicure and manicure and did a beautiful job. They even asked along the way if I was satisfied and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I wish I knew the names of the ladies assisting me, they were wonderful! I highly recommend this salon and would come back if I'm ever in town again. -Nikki
