Yellow Brick Road Preschool & Child Care Center

Our daughter just started going here as the staff is absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful and such a happy place. My little one loves it there. Thank you so much Lisa and everyone who is helping to give my daughter a head start in her education and taking amazing care of her while she is there.

Yellow Brick Road offers a fantastic learning environment characterized by cleanliness, organization, and committed teachers. The emphasis on a healthy atmosphere adds to the overall positive experience for children...also the high tech security and cameras on every corner add to the peace of mind for security we all need and ask for! My daughter loves going to this school. The staff & teachers are very encouraging they genuinely care about the children. Her teacher is very helpful with writing, and doing homework. She is gaining the skills she will need for kindergarten; by writing her name. I highly recommend this school.

This is my third five star review of YBR. Today is my daughter's last day at YBR, since she will start kindergarten in a few days, and to say that I'm sad is an understatement. Both of my kids have gone here...my son starting from age 2, and my daughter since she was just a couple of months old. The YBR program has helped both of my kids prepare for elementary school and have instilled in them, the love of learning.

The school is run very well, the facility always smells and looks clean is well kept, and safety protocols are adhered to. Every teacher my kids have had has also been wonderful. They truly care about and love the children. I am so grateful for YBR for caring for my kids over the last 10 years and think they are an amazing school.

The staff here are terrific.

Owner Lisa is fantastic. She communicates well, listens with interest and genuine concern. the children flock to her and absolutely love the "princess hair" that she does for the little girls. she exudes love, commands respect, and runs a tight ship.

The Director Candice is first rate. she gets things done, communicates well, and all the children have a deep respect for her; as does everyone else who have met her. She is a rare gem.

The teachers genuinely care for each child; the entire staff develops a deep personal bond with each child. there is NO WHERE else i have ever seen where kids are so elated to be. the kids have an absolute blast there and really look up to the teachers in a way that can only be explained by love.

i can not recommend a place any higher than Yellow Brick Road Preschool. they will not only watch and teach your child, they will provide a safe and loving enviroment in which your child will blossom and look forward to going to school each day.

Solid traditional preschool.
My daughter attended here from age 1-2 and always felt safe and satisfied dropping her off here. She looked forward to going to school and pick up time was always in a great mood! We also have a friends child who attends here and they are also satisfied, we enrolled our child upon their recommendation.
Only reason she is switching is to join her big brother at his school closer to our house and her expected elementary school.

Highly recommend this facility. The teachers are excellent and really get to know your child. Special thanks to Ms. Candice and Ms. Lily for their dedication and hard work, they are total champs.

Love this school for my son, he seems to learn a lot and to make a bunch of friends, the environment is clean both inside the classroom and playground, my son is also practicing all extra activities and enjoys them a lot.

Our son only started at YBR a few months ago but I have been completely blown away by this daycare. This is my first baby and he spent 9 months alone with just me (thanks COVID) and had a VERY hard time being watched by anyone else. YBR made this process seamless for our family. The staff in the infant room truly cares about each and every baby, and tailors their day around each child's needs. Now, our son LOVES his class and teachers, and has even made some friends. We are so grateful we chose YBR and our son will be here for 4 more years.

This review is only based on a tour I took.
This school was huge there were so many kids there, everything seemed chaotic and messy. I watched the staff stand around talking while the kids played on the playground. The facility didn't seem to be very clean. Toddler/ infant room wasn't something I would be comfortable with.
Prices were very competitive and I am an overly picky mom so this is just my opinion.

My little one has been going here for a little over a year. I had left a slightly less expensive preschool to try out Yellow Brick. I have not looked back.

I am happy with the school, teachers and management. The teachers and management have been responsive to questions and concerns as well as keeping me posted of all significant events occurring throughout the day. They provide a daily summary sheet that includes eating and potty times. The teacher to child ratio is good.

~Daily Activities
The daily activities include a wide range of learning and play activities. The school provides a well balanced schedule of physical activities along with a well structured social network for the children to also gain proper social skills.

~Price
Price falls right at the median for the area. While offering equivalent to the higher priced preschools, this preschool offers a great deal more than the local less expensive facilities.

The communication has been excellent with staff and management.
