As you know, we have been exceptionally busy during these unprecedented times as we assist our community in this great time of need. Your initial consultation occurred immediately prior to the COVID-19 situation affecting our City. You were informed that the COVID-19 situation resulted in a considerable delay as we focused our time and attention on the multitude of time-sensitive matters impacting our clients and community at large. Unfortunately, as your issue was not as urgent as the many others we were then currently dealing with, you were unable to provide your reasonable cooperation in this regard.
