Softened to remove all hardness, it then goes through the process of electrolysis which increases the pH to the same alkalinity level of soap (it is the alkalinity in soap that cleans). I'm gonna be honest, I really wanted to like this company. I love the idea of less water being used especially in Florida, with the humidity and all. I hate to say it, but the previous traditional carpet cleaning company I used did a superior job of cleaning our off-white carpet, but our carpet was damp for DAYS! The only solution I can think of, for this dilemma, is to rip it all out and replace with tile or laminate.

While it has been an extended period of time , we would welcome the opportunity to provide a re-service as our confidence that we provide a superior clean is strong. You mentioned that the previous cleaner left your carpeting wet for days; research shows that this is the most common complaint made against “traditional” carpet cleaning companies and one we place at the top of our list to avoid. While challenging to the bottom line, especially with current gas prices, we would rather perform a no-charge re-service than be too aggressive and “flood” a customer’s carpet. Doing so introduces all kinds of potential problems.
