I dropped in to their north county office unannounced a few months back. The battery tray on my hearing aid had broken. Even though Peter was back to back with appointments, he took the time to sit down with me. He fixed my hearing aid in a matter of minutes, and took the time to see how I was doing. Peter and his wife Nichole genuinely care... not only for their clients, but also for their community. Five stars all around!"
