Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the designs and turn around times, all sales are FINAL.

What happens if my balloons pop?
If balloons pop during installation, we will gladly replace them. After the installation has been completed, balloons are your responsibility and will not be replaced.

Can I have the balloons outside?
Balloon creations can be placed outside but this will impact the durability. Magical Balloon Decor is not responsible for balloon oxidation, durability due to weather exposure (i.e direct sunlight), being near sharp objects or rough surfaces.

How long will my balloons last?
Air filled balloon life will vary depending on environment exposure (i.e direct sunlight, wind, rain, and rough surfaces). Typically in an indoor environment, balloons will last approximately 3 days.
Helium filled balloons last about 9-10 hours, we do not guarantee longer times because it depends on the weather conditions of your location.
