As a mom we show up for ours kids , spouses, and pets more then we ever show up for ourselves. The hardest part of working out for any mom is showing up for yourself! With in person training in a gym you get your coach maybe 1 hour a day. With online training you get access to me 24/7! I will be your cheerleader and make sure you not only show up for yourself but have access to as much information as possible at all times. Thanks to the easy to use app I get access to helpful information like daily steps, sleep and even nutrition to help you reach your goals and surpass them!

Customized Programming

Training twice a week at 10am in a box gym sounds great, but what happens if your child stays home sick from daycare or has an important appointment? With online training you have the ability to train anytime anywhere. But can't I find videos on youtube? Fitness isn't one size fits all. I will customize each workout based on your past health history, and any unique needs or goals you may have. Especially important for postpartum mamas!

Relationship Building

It really easy to feel isloated regardless of the stage of motherhood you are at. While training at MomFit your trainer will be there for you like that best friend who motivates you, cheers you on and is there to listen to any and all hurdles that may come your way in a work out or with your kids. It is very important to me to build a strong client trainer relationship so that clients feel as comfortable as possible opening up and telling the trainer what works and doesn't work as the weeks of training go on.

Transformation

After I first had my son I felt like I had lost autonomy to my body. Although I was so proud of the beautiful child I had brought into the world I hated how weak I felt. My fitness journey not only helped me feel strong enough to carry a 40 lb toddler through Disney but also gave me the confidence I have never had in my body. My favorite thing about working out has been how it made me feel mentally. I have never left a workout feeling worse then before. Yay for endorphins! At the end of the day I am just a normal mom with the same worries and weaknesses as everyone else. If I can do it you can too!
