Thodoris’ culinary journey began in the heart of Athens, where he nurtured his passion for Greek cuisine amidst the bustling culinary scene of the city. Fuelled by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, he embarked on an extensive education, graduating from a prestigious culinary institute that laid the foundation for his exceptional skills.

Having established himself in Athens, Thodoris set out to expand his horizons and seek inspiration from diverse culinary traditions. His quest led him to the vibrant culinary hub of London, where he worked side by side with awarded chefs, absorbing invaluable expertise and refining his techniques.

Thodoris’ culinary odyssey didn’t stop there. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, he ventured to Brussels, a melting pot of cultures, to showcase his culinary prowess in a new setting. Working for top restaurants and hotels he demonstrated a mastery of flavours and techniques that transcended borders, earning him admiration and respect within the culinary community and recognition of Representative Of Chefs Club Of Greece, Benelux Branch Office.
