  • Standard + Battery Coverage: Expands the standard coverage to include battery replacements, ensuring your device remains powered.
  • Standard + Battery Coverage + Accidental Damage Handling (ADH): Offers the most extensive protection by adding coverage for accidental damage, such as drops, spills, and liquid damage, on top of the standard and battery coverage.

  • Standard: Provides all-inclusive protection against mechanical and electrical failures due to everyday wear and tear for an extended period.
  • Standard + Battery Coverage: Includes all the benefits of the standard coverage while also covering battery issues, ensuring your mobility aid’s endurance.
  • Standard + Battery Coverage + Accidental Damage Handling (ADH): This ultimate protection level secures your device against unforeseen accidents on top of providing battery and standard coverage.

Accidental Damage Handling (ADH) Defined: ADH coverage is specifically designed to protect against unexpected mishaps that can occur during daily use. It covers repairs or replacements needed due to accidental drops, spills, and liquid damage that aren't typically covered under standard warranty or protection plans. This additional safeguard allows you to use your ComfyGO product worry-free, knowing that accidents won't keep you from staying mobile.

 

Shipping Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your package is on its way.

Return & Refund Policy

    A1: The Protection Plan covers mechanical or electrical failure of the covered product(s) during normal usage for the term of the plan. This includes coverage for normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling (ADH), and defects in materials or workmanship, provided these coverages have been purchased.

    Q2: When does the coverage start?
    A2: Coverage begins on the Start Date mentioned in your Order Summary, following any applicable Waiting Period.

    A3: Yes, claims are subject to a 20% deductible of the retail price of replacement parts, covering all shipping charges to authorized service centers during the Coverage Term.

    A8: If a covered product requires two service repairs for the same problem and needs a third within 12 months, it will be replaced with a comparable product or a cash settlement will be offered, up to the original purchase price.
