These guys were absolutely awesome!! Very professional! Came on time, worked diligently, and finished in less than two days! They thought outside the box, moving our toilet to the other side of the room which allowed us a full shower! I love my new bathroom!! Thanks so much!!
From the first meeting I was impressed by the product and the people. The installers were extremely neat and professional and voila I have a walk in shower. Graham and his group were exceptional. You can’t go wrong using them.
Music City Shower did a fantastic job on our two walk in showers. They were very affordable and professional. After getting several quotes from some larger national companies, Music City was less than half price of the competition and had much nicer products and a better selection. Most importantly, they care about the customer and their experience. Highly recommend Graham and his team at MCS!!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Graham returned my phone call immediately and him and his crew even came out on the weekend to do the initial consultation. This was greatly appreciated as I needed to find a company that can work around my busy schedule. I initially had a bathtub to shower conversion done by a different company (see last two pics). This other company damaged the pipes and the water lines, and they failed to use mortar under the shower base. Water was leaking through my downstairs ceiling, and that is when I decided to call Music City Shower since I knew that they specialize in showers. Music City Shower is insured and bonded, and they provide you with a warranty. This was extremely important to me as this was my 2nd time re-doing my shower. They fixed the pipes, water lines, and they installed a brand new high quality shower base along with the no-grout tiles and some shelves. The pictures below speak for themselves, and the shower door is not even up yet. I can only imagine what it's going to look like when the doors are in. The install crew kept the work environment very clean and neat, they even fixed my subfloor and installed these beautiful grey LVT floors. Not only that, but they were very friendly and respectful, and put down runners to protect my carpet and blocked off my bedroom so dust wouldn't get in. The level of detail and perfection that Music City Shower demonstrated is unbelievable. I am so happy to finally have a functioning and gorgeous bathroom/shower. We had Graham come out to give is a quote and showed us the best materials for our walk-in shower we wanted. He came in much less than other companies did with more items I wanted and it even included a seat. He was very professional and I cannot wait for our walk-in shower to be completed. I wanted my shower tub combo converted to a walk in shower. The installer Mark came out yesterday and finished up today. He did an awesome job and I love my shower. From beginning to end., everyone involved was awesome. I would absolutely 100% recommend Music City Showers.
