Don't forget Paperchase, All Bar One, the pet shop, Keihl's and The Paint House Julian - tough times ahead I suspect. Oh, and a window shop that doesn't seem to want to move in!!
Apparently they want £300k a year in rent for All Bar One. Add that to £150k in rates and I suspect that it will sit empty for some time. Agree with your thoughts on buying online, but also a long needed wake up call for the landlords of Northcote Road...
