Mr. Willingham earned his California real estate salesperson license on April 24, 1999, and enrolled in the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) in 2001. His esteemed colleagues bestowed upon him the RISING STAR AWARD at the inaugural banquet of the Bakersfield Association of Realtors in 2001. In 2007 he earned a real estate broker license. He additionally, holds the ePRO professional designation, and his advanced skills in the use of technological advancements in the real estate industry. In 2021 he earned the SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (SRES) designation because he has a heart for widows and orphans. Mr. Willingham participates in the ownership of real estate as a principal. He shares these same methods of acquisition with his Client. Mr. Willingham continues to be inspired by truth, the pursuit of true love, and acts of kindness.
