A termite inspection by a well known company resulted in a recommendation to tent our 4K SF home and replace a large area of wood facing. The tunnels in the wood are visible as are the droppings in our attic. Any recommendations as to alternate approaches or service providers? Thanks.

For sure get a second opinion. I’d recommend Carmel Valley Termite. Locally owned, honest and reasonable.

Termite company recommendation. Hi! I’m looking for a reliable termite company. We had someone come out but he was not very confident in his recommendation.
