I called last week to make an appointment with C J Grooming in West Longview. The appointment was for noon today. I arrive on time, they said "come back at 4 pm". They then called at 3:30 and ask me to come at 4:30. I got there a little after 4, they had just started on my cat and I didn't get out of there till almost 5. They said they had over booked and I should have realized it would take 4 hours. Then they prefer cash, I gave them my credit card. I think they prefer cash so they don't have to report all their revenue. I'll never go back. there must be other places that do cat grooming.
