I am drowning in my laptop computer that has windows 10. For some reason my Gmail account is giving me an ulcer plus a cousin of mine worked on my computer to delete a bogus email that was mistakenly activated in my computer and it seemed to have attached itself to many things. It's my fault to tell him to delete it but apparently it created havoc with my computer. I have used Microsoft sheets and doc but now having trouble finding them at all and the list goes on (my medication, operations list and my monthly bills spreadsheet). I don't believe this is any kind of a hardware issue but a Windows 10 issue, so, does anyone know someone who is really good trouble shooter working with Windows 10. I've worked with computers just about since they were invented so not sure why I'm having issues with Windows 10 but I feel at this point, if I could find someone or hire someone to help me iron out what's going on, I would be so grateful. I'm getting ready for heart surgery on the 28th so after that would love to have someone help me with this. Believe me, any suggestions would be so much appreciated.
