Is someone willing to help me navigate a computer problem. I accidentally deleted my microsoft word program that I had installed when I purchased my computer. I have spent hours now and getting nowhere. I have called Microsoft but they won't connect via phone. And "chat" does not address my issue. Thanks for any help or adivce.
