How much do people pay for termite treatment on their homes? I got a quote for 500$ to install bait traps and then 40$ a month for treatments. Is this a fair price or no?

Favorite pest control company? We moved in Friday, there was dead beetles and bugs everywhere, today I realize there are ants in every room including upstairs bedroom. I’d prefer not to pay over 150 a spray, but I’ll do it if it works

I’ve had a good experience with global pest services. They spray 1x a quarter and I believe are $85. They will reservice if there is any issues in between.

Could I get any suggestions on a pest company that is good and does good work? We have lived in this house for six years and have never seen a roach. Now we are seeing them and it makes me sick. Please help with suggestions. Thanks
