Anyone have experience with a pest control company called Aptive in Houston? Any feedback, good or bad? I have struggled with them since signing up in late June. No follow up, no call or text to schedule next treatment, nothing. Next treatment, they said, was in 30 days' time. It's been 7 weeks. They also billed me, but again, no treatment done at the 30 day mark or even scheduled. Their message on hold says something like 'if you are having customer service issues, please don't hang up and dial 2 for sales, as the sales dept is not equipped to help you with service issues.' At the risk of being laughed at, I am getting a strong sense I've been duped by them. :(See more…
