This quote from "The War of Art", by Steven Pressfield really encapsulates the very spirit of the folks I fight for each day. The local business owner, the marketing guru, the entrepreneur who knows no other strategy but "all in". The proprietor that wears so many hats, they need a hat rack. The ones that had the guts to set up shop. They eat, sleep, breathe their business. A "plan B" would be laughable if you dared to bring one up. This is who I go to battle for each day. Times have changed. A digital disruption has happened, and local businesses must adjust to consumer behavior. The smartphone has become the remote control of our lives. Businesses and brands must find a way to have their hard work translate well online-or else.
