I am SUPER frustrated. Over the weekend I went to Posh Nails & Spa in strongsville to get a much-needed pedicure. Throughout the pedicure my tech was extremely rough, asked me if the water was too hot and when I said yes she ignored it, when I lifted my feet out of the water she told me to put them back in, when she gave me the towel and asked if it was too warm, I again said yes and she ignored it again. Sunday morning I woke up to blisters and burns on my feet. I reached out to the salon, only for them to tell me they had no record of me being there, that I must have the wrong location. I do not think it's my responsibility to go out of my way to have card refunded, when there are so many places able to refund without you being present. I don't need to right their wrong. When they finally looked into it and acknowledged that I was there, they never apologized (I had provided them with pictures) and then told me I could come back for another service of the same value (which I politely declined) and then they said I could be refunded but only if I brought my credit card back in to the salon. Maybe I am over reacting, but long story short i would not recommend going in there.See more…
