2020 Going, Going, Gone! Well, 2020 is almost gone...still a few hours to go! It hasnt been that ugly of a year if I put on my blinders and just look at my real estate success. It's definitely been a year of learning curves! I just took a look at my real estate reports and noticed that the overall number of transactions is down in Chautauqua County but, the purchase price of homes in the third and fourth quarter jumped!
