No, the roof is in great condition and does NOT need to be replaced. The film around the skylight has come loose, and has allowed the "weather to come in." I need a roofer to take a closer look, and get the job done. Thus far, I have called several different roofing companies who either aren't taking on any new jobs, haven't called me back, or a couple who are confused at the work, scheduled a time to take a look, then canceled last minute.
