Can someone recommend a shop that will estimate how much to fix my truck?? Several weeks ago, I was sitting still in a long line of traffic on Holcomb Bridge rd near where you turn in to Floor and Decor and then WHAM! This highly distracted person plows into my truck from behind and smashed and bent my rear bumper down. I first filled a claim with my insurer, State Farm, and they gave me three shops I could take it to: one in Kennesaw, one in Norcross and Classic Collision in Roswell. So I took it to the obvious one. The guy sitting at the desk, for some reason, wanted to send me on my way asap. He said it would take forever and a day with his shop and that I should obviously go to another shop. Ok, whatever, and I leave. Next, I decided to file a claim with USAA, the at-fault-party's insurer. I submitted photos to their adjuster and just got the estimate back. It was such a low estimate that I don't think it would even cover the cost of a new bumper. But it did say to take it in to a shop and get them to submit an adjustment in case three amount wouldn't be enough. So... I went back to Classic Collision to have him look at it. He wouldn't. "Go to another shop", was his final answer. So can someone recommend a shop which may be so kind to estimate this for me??See more…

Best collision repair center in Roswell? I was involved in an accident in the Brannon Shopping Center this afternoon. And I need to make a decision about a collision center to use for repairs.
