Five Stars For Stewart Insurance Group! "I started noticing a few wet spots on the ceiling in different rooms in the house, and after a serious couple of thunderstorms, I noticed some roof tiles on the ground. I decided to contact the roofing company that was putting on a new roof on a house down the street. They came over and checked out my roof, and found some extremely degraded areas. So I called Stewart, and the adjuster, Terry Rhodes, and came out, and at first glance thought I could just patch some areas., although, when he decided to go up on the roof and inspect it, thankfully....after slipping on the disintegrating tiles, he said he realized that the all tiles were in terrible shape, having lost virtually all the granules that make them 'tiles'!!! He then recommended having the whole roof done, I am so thankful that this was taken care of before any serious damage occurred!! Stewart was incredibly fast in response time, and I was completely satisfied with every aspect of working with them, from start to finish!"
