Zoomania. I normally don’t write reviews but this is for everyone to know how the owner really is. Worst place to shop! They are very helpful when you are buying but when something doesn’t work and you want to return, every excuse in the book is used to not take it back. I bought the Economy Ultimate GravelVac at $60-$70. Last time i checked , for you to know whether something works or not you have to try it. I came in the morning and not once did the OWNER mention that if it was used I couldn’t return it. She said to try to find a sink adapter at home depot , Lowes, or Ace. So I was very cooperative and did just that. I even went to Fagers and they didn’t have no clue how to make it work. I tried everything I could in order for it to work and all i ended up accomplishing was getting soaked so i finally gave up after the frustration and decided to return it. I have a huge tank so I was hoping this would work because its a pain removing the water with buckets. I go to the store to return it since it wasn’t working as much as i tried to make it work. Once i get there, the girl at the counter was new so she went to ask for help. The girl comes out and asks what wrong. So i tell her and she says oh yea i heard about you. First thing i thought was “Umm like ok”. Honestly for me that was disrespectful because the owner had already told her to not accept my return like if she knew it wouldn’t work. But i let it slide and still told her about my frustration. And said she couldn’t do anything because it was used. Which isn’t something logical because how else would you test out a product if it works or not without using it. Also on the receipt it never states that it couldn’t be returned if its used. I literally just opened the box this morning to clean my fish tank and ran into this problem! LAST TIME I WILL BE SHOPPING THERE. if i could leave no stars i would but unfortunately I cant. Dog Rescue - Can anyone recommend a dog rescue that makes it simple to give a loving home to a dog that really needs a good home? Seems all the rescues make you jump through a thousand hoops before you're able to adopt a dog. I know it's for the safety of the dog but I think I would be able to adopt a baby faster than a dog!!! All my previous dogs were rescues and my last one crossed over the bridge 5 years ago so we're now ready to open our home to another homeless fur baby. If anyone has a suggestion or knows of someone who wants to re-home a pet I'd be interested in hearing more. I can provide all the references needed. If I need to take a lie detector test so be it!
