Mr. Lee is extremely polite and professional, and he always gave prompt responses as well as helpful advices regarding immigration issues and questions. During my permanent resident application journey, I felt like I was being taken good care of all the time.

Mr. Lee filed multiple immigration petitions on my behalf, including work visa and green card applications. He is very professional and accessible. The firm processes documents and applications very fast and efficiently, without mistakes, which I really appreciate. The government is very slow in processing these applications but Mr Lee's firm does not waste any time in the filing process. Very efficient. He is also very responsive and answers my questions every time I ask him through emails.

To start with, Mr. Lee is your man! Highly professional and skilled attorney who can get the job done.

I went to him with my H1B application. Even though my case was little challenging but he got it approved just like a snap of a finger. That is also without any RFE being issued. And the best thing about him is, he is very responsive and helpful. I sent him many emails asking numerous questions and every time he will promptly reply to my concern with adequate information. I have another on goin g application with him and I'm very hopeful that he will get it done as well.

Sang Lee is basically the man for the job. He helped me out with applying for permanent residency via work sponsorship and getting it. Sang has helped me with multiple immigration visas as well as green card application. He is knowledgeable and accessible. On top of that, he is also very generous in giving advice. My applications were all a bit more complicated than normal, but his experience allows him to prepare each application in such a way that would maximize the probability of success. This is my second time getting help from Lee law firm for E2 visa. Mr. Lee is very attentive and offers great advices for best result. I looked into many law firms to get help with visa, and he was only one able to help me for what I needed. I got approval for my visa less than two weeks. I highly recommend Attorney Lee for immigration businesses. Two thumbs up.

In a short 2 months between applying for N400 and receiving an interview date, it has been a joy dealing with Mr Lee who he previously handled my green card applications in the past few years.

All inquiries after submitting my application had been received in a timely manner and any fear or anxiety about interview vanished. The N400 process was amazingly less than two months. Now just couple of hours after citizenship interview in New York City and still can’t believe the process was expedient and Mr Sang Hwa Lee has always been with me if I have questions. I would absolutely recommend this law firm for any immigration related matters. Thank you very much Sang Hwa Lee.

2020년 미국에 온지 얼마 안되고 주변에 취업영주권을 하는 사람도 영주권을 받은 사람도 없어서 변호사선택까지 생각보다 시간이 오래걸렸는데 다른변호사님들과 다르게 전화도 오피스 직원이 받는것이 아닌 변호사님이 직접받으시고 곧바로 상담까지 해주셔서 그거 하나에 바로 이상화 변호사님과 취업영주권을 시작하게 되었습니다. 역시나 예상했던대로 이상화변호사님은 제가 물어보는것에 한번도 귀찮은 내색없이 성실하고 빠르게 답변을 해주셨고 무엇보다도 연락이 잘되어서 너무 좋았습니다. 2020년 9월 30일 펌이 들어간후 정확이 일년만인 2021년 9월 27일에 영주권 승인이 되었는데 빠르게 진행될수 있도록 변호사님도 빠르게 처리해주셔서 가능하였던것 같습니다. 이건 여담인데 변호사님과 미팅날 교통체증때문에 조금 늦었던적이 있었는데 바쁘실텐데도 조심히 오시라고 하셨던게 기억이 나네요. 변호사님은 사람대사람으로 봤을때 정말 따듯하셨고 인간적이셨던 분이라 너무 고맙고 나중에 시민권을 신청하게 될때도, 후에 누군가 저에게 변호사추천을 요청할때도 무조건 이상화 변호사님 추천드리고 싶습니다. 너무 감사합니다 변호사님 … – show

만약 괜찮은 변호사를 찾으려고 리뷰를 보고 계시다면 주저하지마시고 이상화변호사님에서 연락하세요. 리뷰에 너무 좋은 글만 있어서 망설이시거나 사기가 아닐까 의심이 드신다면 정말 잘못된 생각이십니다. 바로 연락을 하세요. 제가 처음 이상화변호사님께 연락을 했던게 엊그제 같은데 벌써 영주권을 받고 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다. 처음 변호사님을 선정했을때를 잠깐 떠올린다면 다른 많은 변호사들 광고속에 자기들의 얼굴을 내세우면서 광고를 해서 믿을만 하겠구나하면서 전화를 돌렸습니다. 하지만 바쁘다는 핑계로 전화통화는 물론이고 예약까지 잡을 수 없었습니다. 그렇게 돌고 돌아 이상화변호사님께 연락을 했을때 바로 전화를 받아주시면서 궁금한것과 준비해야되는것을 친절하게 설명해주면서 만나는 예약도 잡고 일사천리로 시작하게 되었습니다. 지금와서 생각해보면 참 운이 좋았다라고 생각합니다. 저는 취업영주권으로 1년만에 영주권을 받았습니다. 변호사님도 기적이라고 말하더라고요. 코로나로 인해 한치 앞을 볼 수 없는 상황에서 매일 불안하고 초조했지만 그때마다 연락하면 바로 답장이 오고 신경써주시는 세심함에 감동했습니다. 전부 이상화변호사님 덕분입니다. 만약 어떤 변호사를 찾더라도 제일 중요한건 연락이 잘되는 변호사를 찾아야 되는거 같습니다. 다른 분들 변호사얘기만 들어봐도 연락이 안되서 전전긍긍하시는 분들이 많던데 만약 이상화변호사님께 의뢰한다면 그럴 일 절대 없을겁니다. 저는 앞으로 몇년안에 대형로펌이 될거라는 강한 확신이 듭니다. 정말 다시한번 감사합니다. 건강유의하시고 시민권을 하게되면 바로 연락드리겠습니다. 감사합니다! … – show

Throughout the application process, Mr. Lee had provided excellent service. Whenever I had asked questions, he was prompt in his reply. In addition, he had prepared and filed the required materials meticulously and on time.

It was an extremely untroubled and straightforward experience for my LCA & H1-B visa transfer process with Sang & team. There were clear procedures established by them from the get go, making it a breeze to follow and they followed it too through closure.

Got my LCA done in about a week (the norm as far as I know) and H-1B transfer approved in a matter of few days (premium processing), thanks to their expertise in preparing the file.

I would highly recommend them to anyone with similar needs.
