    Jamie works for me regularly, he handles business, treats me fair and works hard. One of the best. Good work ethic and very respectful and reasonable. Highly recommended!!

    I was down is Kilgore TX a few days ago with 3 digit Texas temperature with no working AC. I called 4 other places with promises of sending some out or not answering their phones.

    Jaimie answered on the the second ring and promised to have some out within an hour and true to his word. The problem was a bad hose and they could not find the hose in a dealer or any other shop. Jaimie thought out side of the box and suggested take the bad hose out and use the same connectors and press them to a new     … – show

    Supposedly Supposed to be open 24 hours. Tried to call Sunday morning about 830 am no answer and no voice mail set up. You should not advertise 24 hour repair if you don't do it

      We apologize for missing your call David. We do not have office personnel in shop on Sundays so our customers calls are automatically transferred to our on-call mechanic. Our mechanics are usually on the side of busy highways or under a trailer. This can make it difficult for them to hear their phone ring. This is why we have a 1 hour return call time.     Ram 5500 blew out drivers side front wheel bearing thankfully in Kilgore on a 3000 mile x country work trip. Chose Top Flight. They sent out a wrecker on Sunday evening, took my truck in, and I put up at nearby hotel. Called first thing in the am with parts list and had my truck repaired in a few hours. I was back on the road to home. Excellent service, repairs, and value. I enjoyed your company, to include the wrecker service who dropped me at my hotel. Keep it up!
