    I was completely overwhelmed with the Medicare transition process......hundreds of emails and texts coming in........do this, do that, do this.........I just completely shut down.     Without a doubt these people go above and beyond, nothing but friendly. I was without Medicare, because I was out of my old Medicares network, they explained everything, because I was lost looking online, but Jay was very helpful. The lady that answered the phone, both times was very courteous, and friendly. Now if all businesses, ran like this. I highly recommend. I'm not fake, local Texarkanan lol

    Change is scary, especially when it comes to retirement, SSI, and Medicare. Each and every one of these can be overwhelming and confusting. Thank the Lord I found Jay Barnette.
