買い物ついでに西新で一杯。
地下鉄西新駅から最も近く昼から呑めるラーメン屋。
鶏皮や枝豆でお湯割ちびちび。
素朴な雰囲気の店内でまったり過ごす。
頃合いをみて〆は醤油をチョイス。
鶏豚のブレンドだろうか？
やや透明感を残す琥珀色のスープは旨みがしっかり。
気持ちオイリーで小麦感のある細麺が絡んで美味い。
洒落たイマドキの味とは違うが、シンプルでちょっと粗野な味わいがむしろ気分。
しかもこのご時世に外税とはいえワンコイン！
